I have a file full of Event Error Logs but so far, no solution. In this instance, I am trying to print out an HTML file although, this happens with any Doc of Txt file as well. I have managed to find the Event Logs and found that the following files crash - printfilterpipelinesvc.exe and prntvpt.dll. It scans great and is recognized by my HP PC but, it doesn't print. I have successfully installed my HP J4580 printer all in one onto my Windows 7 PC via USB001.
